It is very easy to get overwhelmed with everything you have to do. One way that has helped me have piece of mind is to plan the night before.

By planning the night before you will be able to rest better because your mind won't be spinning about everything you have to do and often the answers you are looking for will come to you in your sleep. You are letting your subconscious work on it overnight. You can then start the day refreshed and know exactly how you are going to spend your time that day.
